Slovenian distillates from Beyond Mura.
Who are we?
A young family microdistillery located near Domžal. We are originally from Prekmurje, so the name of the distillery connects both banks of the Mura river and has a symbolic meaning. We gradually developed the recipes for our Slovenian gin, agave distillate (tequila/mezcal variant) and liqueur. Our story continues to evolve thanks to our constant curiosity and creativity, as well as your trust. We are proud and happy to present our products to you and I hope you will join us in this joy!

London Dry gin - Džin #1
An aromatic gin decorated with a gentle and sweet aroma of lavender. In combination with chamomile, it is a real balm for the palate, while lemongrass rounds off the aroma with a citrus note. Juniper and coriander provide an interplay of resinous and fresh flavors.

Old Tom gin - Indašnje
The composition of this gin expresses a different taste than the London dry style. Sugar, vanilla and tonka give off sweet aromas, making gin reminiscent of rum. The other spices (juniper, coriander, laurel, cinnamon, citrus, licorice and allspice) enhance the sweet taste and remind that the drink is still gin.

Agave distillate - Muzikaš
Tequila or mezcal is a traditional distillate from Mexico made from the agave succulent. Beyond Mura presents its version of this product. During the first and second distillation, roses, lime peel and spruce tops are macerated. Finally, the distillate is aged for a short time with parts of the barrel in which the bourbon was previously matured.

Lemon liqueur - Limoncello
Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur originating from southern Italy; Amalfi Coast and Sicily. It is traditionally served as a chilled digestif. It is made of four ingredients; alcohol, lemon peel, sugar and water. The liqueur is full of freshness and citrus notes given by the lemon peel, while the sugar balances the aroma.

Beyond Mura gin gift pack.
The gin gift pack contains everything you need to make a gin and tonic in one place. The package consists of gin of your choice, tonic, bar scoop, blue butterfly flower, two straws and short instructions for preparing a classic gin and tonic. It is suitable for business, wedding, Christmas and birthday gifts and other occasions. The finishing touch is the personal packaging of the package. If desired, we can also write a personal dedication.

London Dry gin - Načišen
Juniper and coriander are the backbone of the gin, while aromas of rose, lavender, chamomile, lemongrass, hibiscus, citrus, allspice, cardamom, rosemary and ginger bring a spicy, fresh and sweet aroma. All the spices are also hand drawn on the label.

London Dry gin - Gorički
The idea for the distillate came about during a walk in nature, where it is full of fragrant ingredients and positive energy. We drew inspiration from this and over time Slovenian gin was created, consisting of spices collected exclusively in Prekmurje, filtering in the Goričko Landscape Park.

Čijsta n0.0la - non alcoholic
The bitterness and slight astringency of juniper berries is softened by the aroma of fresh and floral notes the bay leaf, which also rounds off the aromatics of the distillate with its spiciness and hint of mint. The complexity of flavors and aromas of the drink are complemented by cardamom with its oriental touch and angelica with earthy flavors.

Aperitif - Aperitivo
The product consists of 14 different spices or herbs. The freshness of citrus and floral aromas intertwine with the bitterness of the roots. Hibiscus, freeze-dried carrots and beetroot add earthy notes and rich color. It can be served on its own as an aperitif or in various cocktails (e.g. aperitivo spritz, negroni,...).
